Our Executive Team

Erika Alm

Partner

Erika focuses on sales leadership and and client management across masterplan developments, private clubs, and branded resort projects. Her favorite part of the industry is to assemble and work with exceptional sales talent, collaborating to exceed client expectations and business goals. Under her leadership, project teams have hit multiple all-time gross sales, price point, price-per-square-foot, and velocity records in multiple marketing including Hawaii, Utah, and California. With $3B+ in sales and over 20 years-experience, Erika has lead real estate projects across the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe and worked with top tier luxury residential brands. Previously, Erika was a partner at PowerPlay, responsible for growing the luxury project real estate company’s porfolio. She started her real estate career at Intrawest holding senior sales leadership positions across North America and Europe, coming from a background in sports marketing and athlete management.

Jason Schlackl

Partner

Jason leads marketing strategy and operations across all CoLab projects. He focuses on all aspects of project management and execution from strategy and mobilization to lead generation campaigns, and project reporting. Jason has 20 years-experience in luxury branded, resort, and urban projects throughout the US, Mexico, and Internationally with over $2 Billion in closed sales. He has worked with many of the world’s leading luxury brands including Ritz-Carlton, Rosewood, Montage, Fairmont, and Four Seasons. Prior to CoLab, Jason was a partner at PowerPlay, leading marketing and project management for the company’s resort, branded, and luxury residential portfolio. He started his real estate career at Intrawest, the Vancouver-based resort developer behind some of North America’s premiere resort destinations.
